§1 Scope of Application and Provider

All deliveries, services, and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to future business relationships with businesses, even if they are not expressly agreed upon again.
The inclusion of any general terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these Terms and Conditions is hereby expressly rejected.
The contract language is exclusively German.

§2 Offers and Conclusion of Contract
All offers, information, and content on this website are non-binding and subject to change. Prices apply exclusively to online orders. We reserve the right to limit the delivery of products to quantities customary in the trade.
Delivery to wholesalers is excluded. We reserve the right to exclude the supply of certain resellers and competitors.
All offers are valid while stocks last. We reserve the right to make changes to product design, color, or technical specifications without prior notice, provided such changes serve to improve product quality.
Images published online may not accurately reflect true colors and may differ slightly from the actual product.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order.
We reserve the right to contest the purchase contract in the event of an error, such as technical pricing errors.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, and Due Date
For orders placed using PayPal, credit card, or instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung), acceptance of the order takes place upon the request for payment during checkout.
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components but exclude applicable shipping costs.
§4 Delivery
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will take place no later than within three (3) working days.
In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day following the payment order to the bank responsible for the transfer. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period shall end on the next working day.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to the buyer only upon delivery of the goods to the buyer, even in the case of shipment.
We shall not be obliged to deliver the ordered goods if, despite proper and timely ordering on our part, we are not supplied correctly or on time by our suppliers (congruent hedging transaction), provided that we are not responsible for the lack of availability and have informed you without undue delay. We do not assume the procurement risk. In the event of non-availability, any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
Our obligation to deliver is limited to goods from our own inventory and goods ordered by us from our suppliers.
§5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
§6 Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions shall apply.
