Delivery by DHL (Mon–Sat) or UPS (Mon–Fri).

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.

In case of force majeure (e.g. strike, severe weather), delays may occur.

2. Express Shipping (DHL Express)

Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day.

Usually delivered the next working day.

Please note: delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Self Pickup – Düsseldorf

You are welcome to pick up your order in Düsseldorf.

4. Local delivery within Düsseldorf region.

Zone 1–3 delivered within 48 h (usually same-day).

Free shipping thresholds: €90 / €125 / €165.

Zone 4 (on request) – contact us for custom rates.

5. Cash on Delivery (DHL / UPS)

Pay the total amount in cash upon delivery.

Please have the exact amount ready.

An additional €8.99 COD fee applies for DHL, payable directly to the courier.

6. International Shipping

We offer international delivery with DHL or UPS to most countries in Europe and worldwide.

Free shipping within the EU on orders over €199.99

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
